Change management, structural development, employee engagement and continuous improvement are still important parts of his role as Vice President of Supply chain in the region UK/Ire and Benelux. With role responsibility across HSQE, Logistics, Assembly and Fabrication, Supply chain coordination, Data and Digital transformation, Manufacturing engineering, Permutations, Fleet, Facilities management and Procurement, Angelo finds his biggest challenge remains effective and productive time management. Driving strategy into performance, and bringing all his teams along for the ride, remain his priority.

Leon was born in Germiston, South Africa and has dual citizenship (South African/ UK) and graduated in 1991 from Pretoria Technikon in Mechanical Engineering. He is married with three children.
Leon is a charismatic leader, with extensive experience within the Automotive Industry covering tier 1, 2 and 3 companies. Leon is a visionary and a relentless catalyst for change, with a proven implementation track record built on an unremitting Customer First approach and a passion for People Development realised through investing in self-managing High Performing Teams.
Leon moved into his first leadership role in 1999 as Managing Director at Kwik Fit in South Africa. In 2002 he moved to Kwik Fit Group in Europe, where he assumed the duties of Group Product and Services Director to move the from fast fit company to Europe’s largest independent group of IAM workshops.
In 2011 he joined First Stop Europe, Bridgestone’s own brand tyre stores, as European Managing Director based in Belgium, he managed around 2,000 company owned and franchise tyre stores operating in 25 countries, whilst concurrently holding the position of Vice President of Retail Europe at Bridgestone Europe, where his key responsibility was for the Retail Family Channel strategic direction. He was a member of the European Executive Management team and the Global Marketing and Retail Committees.
Leon joined Toyota Motor Europe in 2014 as Vice President of After Sales, he managed After Sales in 52 countries for 3,300 Franchised Toyota and Lexus Retailers. He also managed the EU service parts distribution through over 20 warehouses. In 2017 his responsibilities expanded to cover the entire value chain driving the “vehicle life time value” strategy, by leading all the post vehicle sale teams, including Customer Experience & Retention, Aftersales, Warranty, Used Car, Finance and Insurance teams whilst continuing to manage the total service parts supply chain.
In 2019 Leon assumed the position as Vice President of Logistics, where his mission is to, “Exceed Customers expectations by delivering the right product at the right time, with the shortest lead-time through a sustainable, lean integrated supply chain for Production Parts (inbound), Finished Vehicle and Service parts Logistics, delivering as 15% cost reduction, with a 40% volume increase, with a team members in 25 countries, with logistics movements across 120 countries.
In addition, he serves as Chairman of Board and Director of various Toyota subsidiaries and is a member of Toyota’s Global Strategic management teams for accessories, parts and logistics.

Luke Kerr is a former British Army Commander and Physical Training Instructor and is best known for his awarding winning successes in business and sport as a motivational leader, coach, mentor and instructor.
Luke is an experienced, successful and highly driven operations and supply chain transformational leader with a proven record of accomplishment of success within global manufacturing and distribution corporations across a wide range of markets that cover Automotive, Transportation, Wind Energy, Marine, Military, Retail and Government sectors. Providing high-level strategic planning, operational and financial management control whilst being able to go into the detail in order to apply continuous improvement techniques (Lean and Six Sigma) to increase business performance through operational efficiency and profitability.
A pro-active customer facing leader, results orientated, profit focused with productivity, profitability, quality, service, delivery and with health, safety and environmental transformation skills.
Extensive experience in strategy, growth, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, continuous improvement, change management, quality/profitability/efficiency initiatives and ERP systems.
Accomplished in leading major change programmes including business transformation, ERP implementation (SAP & Microsoft Dynamics), P&L management, cost reduction and performance management.
Over the past 25 years Luke has had varied and colourful career from serving in the forces on operations in Africa and Northern Ireland to competing in elite levels of sport from running and boxing in the Army, to working as FIFA Instructor in the middle east to running ultra-marathons across the UK & Europe whilst raising money for the mental health charity MIND.
Today Luke is well respected in business as an experienced, successful, and highly driven transformational supply chain and operations leader who creates and sustains high performing teams able to execute business strategy and deliver top line objectives whilst applying a lean six sigma methodology to achieve operations excellence. Luke has won various business awards for his ability to develop teams and gain business success.
Alongside business life and having a family Luke has dedicated 20 years of his life to date with developing beach sports more notable beach soccer where Luke served as Head Coach of England for over 3 years and went onto start both his own events company and various coaching organisations, today Luke holds variety of leadership roles across a variety of both business sand sports organisations.

Sebastian Sołtys – associated with LPP for 14 years. Currently, he is responsible for the global supply and distribution network of LPP Group, one of the most dynamically developing companies in the clothing industry in Central and Eastern Europe, which annually distributes over 259 million items of clothing to 30 markets worldwide.
The beginning of his career at LPP was marked by supervision of the construction project of the Group’s first distribution centre– the facility currently ranked among the largest and most modern of its kind in Central and Eastern Europe, ensuring smooth deliveries to the stationary sales network of Reserved, House, Mohito, Cropp, and Sinsay brands. As Director of the distribution centre, he was responsible for the concepts of the facility’s advanced automation.
In the following years, he held the position of Supply Chain Management Director supervising the creation of forwarding processes and international distribution of LPP to over 20 countries. Then, as Director of Foreign Logistics, he was responsible for setting up LPP Group’s foreign logistics structures and launching the Group’s first foreign warehouse located in Russia.
From 2018 to 2019, he held the position of CEO of VGL Group, a logistics operator, and subsequently rejoined LPP Group, where he currently holds the position of Logistics Director. and Vice President of one of LPP's subsidiaries - LPP Logistics. He manages LPP’s global omnichannel logistics processes and the logistics network of seven LPP Distribution Center and Fulfillment Center facilities located in four European countries.
